just got my supra bbk in the mail..
my god are those things heavy as hell! well they were painted like black/gunmetal with the supra stickers. i want to clean and strip the calipers.
what do you guys use to strip it off. Jefftsai was like sandblaster but i dont know if my work will let me use theres lol
i plan on going with a really shiney gold color. And im not putting any lexus stickers on the calipers itself because my g35 19s already have the L logo and i think if it says lexus to much all over the car its a bit to over kill! that is why i wanted the TRD stickers but no stickers anymore!!
Also i mite mirror polish my g35 rims. i dont care what anyone thinks! bottom line they are OEM and forged that is why! hell i should just get them dipped in chrome lol but ill see what the price differ is!
anyways i was also wondering whose running sloted rotors and drilled/sloted rotors? whats the longevitity of them and the pads for this bbk?
thanks i just want more stopping power for daily driving that is why i got these. And i plan on getting a rebuild kit from toyota!!
any opinions or advice??
thanks!
