Default Drop it??

Hey guys,

so I'm thinking about lowering the gs300. It's a 99 looks decent. I don't wanna go drastic (coilover) setup, something just very clean and nice. My options are the Tein or the Tanabe.

Different in drop size but still would appreciate peoples opinions. Also I noticed the Tanabe drops more so are there any restrictions on rim width if I don't roll the fenders? something in 19'?

Pics would be great.
