Default brake pad questions

Im a bit confused,

I have IS300 middle east pect 2gen IS

From what i remember we have different Front brakes from the IS350, but the brake pad numbers are the same-(04465-30410)

is this possible? (diff calipers, but same brake pad codes?)

Also since the LExus ones are expensive, im thinking of getting the TOMS performer pads. anyone have any experience with these with respect to the low friction lexus pads? which is better?
