Default suspension setup ????

i just took over my little brothers 98 gs300. he droppped it awhile back on eibach pro kit springs and he kept the stock shocks. from the ride and looks, i think the shocks are blown. what do you guys think i should do? keep the eibach pro springs and buy kyb shocks. would the ride be good? is that the cheapest way? im not trying to spend any money on the car. i just want a better ride and this car will be given to my soon to be 16yr old brother as a gift.

Just get new shocks. You can find a set of 4 on ebay for about $280 shipped brand new.

Your younger brother might even be into modifying the car later on so he might want the springs.
