Default What Should I do?

Ok guys so heres whats up. When I bought my car is came with Tokico shocks but I believe the springs are stock.

Problem is my ride quality is crap. I hear that Tokico Shocks are good so I should just upgrade springs.

Question is Do you think the Tokico Shocks are good for a turbo setup which I plan on doing? Or should I just go ahead and replace the Whole thing?

I plan on Having a 350-400 hp setup. Thanks
