Talking help

question about coilovers..
every now and then i'll lower my car for cruises.. then raise it up for daily driving.. what i notice is all that dust/dirt in the turns of the coils.... basically.. what is safe to use to clean TEIN coil overs? what do you all use? thanks in advance for any help!

maybe a toothbrush to loosen the dirt and water/air hose to blow it away.
