Default Brake Noise

Hey guys I was wondering if any one here in the forum can help me out. Recently, I have been getting this light metal cranking noise (something was recharging) in the morning, coming from next to the brake master cylinder; it looks like a small can. Once the engine heats up, this goes away. Also, when I stepped on the brake peddle it stops and at the release the noise comes back again. Yesterday this happened and proceeded driving, after a while all my brake, ABS, and VSC lights started blinking. I pulled over to a side and stepped on the brake peddle for few time, everything returned to normal. Anyone knows what might be wrong or am I just stressing it too much? Also, I live here in Fremont, California, if anyone can recommend a good repair shop. Thanks in advance guys.
