a Christmas present for myself
i peiced it all together (nothing is tite yet) i think thats how the valves and air stuff goes. final fitment will be taken cared of later.
i have about 17 peices that i dont know where it goes yet. but i am sure it will fall into place as i keep going.
here are some pictures of how i plan to lay it out in the trunk (right behind the rear seat in the second gen GS.

I have the same air bags setup from UAS on OEM KYB struts. They ride really smooth and are very reliable, bags are bad ***. I've tried all different kinds of air struts, from AIM to Airlift.

I did cut the slot for the air port. I also cut 2 slots for the 2 bolts. I dont know if you can mount the bag upside down, you probably can call UAS and ask them. Here is a pic UAS sent me on how they did one of their setups for the GS.
The front struts are really easy to do. You simply tap out the lower coil spring seat off the strut, slip on the bag with the upper and lower plates, puts the top mount on and tighten the bolt.
I had TEIN CS before, so I just used the top plate from them to make things easy. UAS told me you can use the OEM top mount, you just need to cut off the lower part. Cool thing about these bags is that you dont need a lot of air pressure to lift the front up. I run at 175 PSI at the tanks and around 100 at the bags.

i was wondering how the bag plate with the small diameter hole goes on.. it all makes sense now. THANks!!
been alittle bored so i decided to see how i can run wires and position the valves.
and thought i would share 2 options that i was messing with.
