Thumbs up Brembo BBK Now Available!!

Just got this email:

Hi Michael,



I was cleaning up some old emails today and came across your email. We now have Brembo big brake kits for both the front & rear for the IS250/350 Lexus. Here is a brief description:



Front kit contains:

Two 6-piston monobloc calipers (Black, Red, or Silver)
Street performance brake pads w/anti-rattle clips
Two 2-piece floating rotors 14”/355mm diameter
Front Goodridge Stainless Steel brake lines
Adapter brackets
MSRP is $3495.



Rear kit contains:

Two 4-piston calipers (Black, Red, or Silver)
Street performance brake pads w/anti-rattle clips
Two 2-piece floating rotors 13.6”/345mm diameter
Front Goodridge Stainless Steel brake lines
Adapter brackets
MSRP is $2995.

I just want to know if they are slotted, drilled or both.

I'd prefer slotted or plain =)

Oh Yeah! On BBK, Brembo is just about at tiptop quality.
Look up Endless BBK also. Let JDM car stick with JDM brake?

Front $3495 + Rear $2995 = $6490

Just in case someone forgets to do the math.

$6500 alone for break upgrade? Isn't that too much?

Hmm, I doubt they "have them" since it was my car that Brembo used for measurements last month... Probably more like "available for pre-order"...

They are on their website Brembo Click on "GT catalogue on the left." And to answer the above question about the rotor, according to the part numbers you can get them in a slotted or a drilled configuration.
