Default Tein CS V2 settings, help asap

i just installed the tein cs v2 coilovers on my gs430, havn't been out to drive it yet tho. i need to know how i can adjust the settings on them, i don't have the EDFC yet, can i just use the lil tool and twist that bold/thing on top, and do i turn it to the right or left to make the ride soft, and also, how many clicks can i turn it. any help would be great, i wana go drive it, but i wana make sure i have the settings right. thank you.

I have V1, but it should be the same. Turn the **** all the way in (clockwise-full stiff) and then back out from there. Check your manual, I think V2 has more clicks. I'd set it a little on the stiff side of middle setting and see how that feels.
