Default before and after shots eibach pro kit install

Hey.

Just thought I would post a couple of pics of before and after eibach install for those of you thinking about lowering it.

So far I like the amount it lowered. Not too much but it did take the gap that was there in the front. Personally I think that a 0.5 inch in the back would be better. It looks a little too low for my taste. The 1" up front is perfect. I might end up putting my stock springs back on the rear if it still bothers me after a month.

about the ride. I think it's even better now. A bit more stiff, and seems to corner better.

oh and i make it in my driveway still

I tried to take the pics from the same spot, but the first set of pics was take like a month ago, and I forgot where i was.

Nice!! I'm thinking the same thing. I am happy with the look on the rear, but the front has got to come down.

Looks nice! I agree that the drop in the back could be less (or the front could be more). Makes it look like the back end is weighted down a bit. To me, if the gaps front to rear were even then it would look better. I plan on going with the Tein kit because the drop differential front to rear is slightly greater (.4").

same here... I think the front should be a little lower... then it would be a perfect drop. I don't like it when the back is lower than the front

Looks good, but like you said either drop it more on the front or put your factory springs on the rear. It would be great if you could have gotten the 1.6 in the front. Who installed your springs and how much did they charge you?

if you just took those pics after the springs were installed, it will probably settle another 1/4 of an inch. so it might drop a little more in a couple weeks.

Actually, it will look even after a couple of weeks. I've had the same kit for months now and the front is not higher than the rear.

thx guys. agreed. the back looks like i am hauling around some bags of cement or something. I am happy with the front. I just thank god that I can make it in my steep *** driveway.

Shoes are coming soon. I really like those bbs rt somethings. They are on page 13 of the wheel thread.

Do you still have a reasonable amount of clearance?

How is it going over speed bumps and the like?

nice comparison pic.
I wonder how long the stock shocks will hold up the lowering springs....

Congratulations Troy! Your springs will settle a bit, so wait on passing judgement for at least a couple of weeks. Car looks great!
