Default Tein CS!??

I just ordered tein cs coilovers!!!! Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to set them??? Im also thinking about droping it about 1.5 inches all around, does anyone think that is to low. Im trying to get that aggresive look.

Thanks!!!

You'll be fine with 1.5'' drop, however 2'' would be even better but that might create few other issues - alignment problems

I think 1.5 " is pretty good , you can still daily drive it with that drop .

I'm ridin on 20's with a +25 offset the rear and have my CS crank almost all the way down. Damper setting is at 8 all around.

I just got mine in yesterday, and im wondering on how to set the damping. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to set it, or can you just post the setting that you are currently running and provide some feedback. Also, when turning the damper setting, which way is stiffer/softer, clockwise=softer?????

clockwise = stiffer. turn it clockwise all the way, and that's the stiffest. then you have 16 settings to counter clockwise to soften the right. i would start with 8 from the stiffest, that's the middle setting so you can go either way

Thanks for your input! Does it affect handeling if for example you set the front at 8 and the rear at 10?

yup it does. actually for handling, you might want to put the rear a bit softer, that's what the shop told me. and i believe that's what i have for both my gs400 and sc430. the rear is about 2 clicks softer than the front

Do you know exactly how yours is set up, because i installed my CS' on friday and i hate them! They ride like crap, i got them set at 9 clicks clockwise all around, i feel every bump, the car tends to bounce, and to be honest i could not tell a big difference over the Tein s-tech springs as far as handeling goes. How low is your car, what setting do you have it at, and how is the ride/handeling? Also, the driver front side makes a crazy sounding noise everytime i hit the smallest bump in the road, does anybody else have this problem?

from the stiffest side (all the way clockwise), try 8 front and 10 rear? just a start i guess
