I got this problem fixed about 97%. I can still hear the noise (but much more quiet) when I go over relatively large bumps/potholes at faster speeds. I took it back to the shop and they just rotated the springs and reinstalled them. Somebody on this forum suggested to me to get some Spring insulators, but I could not find a place that sells them. Oh, and the shop also put a extra piece of rubber on the top of the suspension.
