I warned everybody about this. I got Rotora slotted's from Steve with the Axxis Ultimates. They sucked so bad, I would never buy another Axxis anything. Brake dust like a coal mine, and I had the only squealing Lexus around, people were looking at me like I was NUTS. This was a couple of winters ago. Once the spring hit, I swapped the Ultimates for EBC Greenstuff V2 (no problem with the Rotoras) and never looked back. Smooth as glass, stops on a dime, no dust.

If you are running stock rotors, you'll eat EBCs up too quickly. Best bet is to get Rotora, EBC, or Brembo replacement rotors and different pads.
If you're going to keep the stock rotors, try Akebono ceramic (Tire Rack).
