I will be Replacing the ball joints on my '99 GS4 once the new ones are delivered from Sewell. I will write up a DIY and post pics for the GS since the one out there is for an LS. Everyone says they are almost identical, but still. No harm in putting out more info.

No problem. Lets just hope they don't go out on me in the few days before I get 'em. I don't feel like going through that hassle-and-a-half.

hey chenzo my front driver side is fixed now, so now i replace the front passenger side.

Do the rears also have balljoints i need to replace?

The rear does not have ball joints - they are part of the front suspension and steering components of the car. I would get the passenger's side done if you just got the driver's side done. Ideally, you should replace both at once, so that you have the same steering and ride quality on both sides, provided everything else on both sides is the same. What's the mileage on your GS?

How much are you guys paying to have the ball joints replaced? I got sqeaking but mostly when the car is just beginning to roll. It goes away after about 10 mins. Thanks!
