H&R vs TEIN coilovers
Hi,
My question is, (and yes I've done a search =p ) How do H&R coilovers compare to the TEIN CS series?
Reason I ask, is because I don't feel like installing them, I would rather have them done, Ive installed everything in all of my last cars, GST, GSX, EVO but now I dont have as much time as I used to, and just plain dont feel like doing it lol.
A local Les Schwab can get the H&R's, but can not get the TEIN, so anyone out there with H&R's??
PS He also said, H&R makes an air bag kit too.....

If I go with the TEIN CS, I will have to install them, Local company can order and install the H&R,
Not saying that I cant install, just as far as my time goes, I have very little of it now days.
I was curious if the H&R had good ride quality, performance wise, etc.
And Im sorry but Im a Noob here, where is the Group Buy section? TIA

Lexus Champion
I have the H&R coilovers and can't say enough GOOD things about them!
What is your driving style? Do you track/autocross the car? Is it a street cruiser?
The H&Rs are more tuned for the street. The spring rate/shock rates are extremely well matched.
Not a harsh ride at all; I would say if Lexus offered a sport suspension it would ride like the H&R coilovers.

Ah that is nice to hear, I was hoping they were not to stiff. Im not planning on taking this to any auto X's lol, just probably street car. Maybe a nice "Sunday Drive" car too. I would still like to have decent ride quality, but would really like to lower it. Thanks for the reply.
