New Sway Bar (s) Poll
Last weekend I noticed that my rear TRD sway bar is cracked. Needless to say, I need to replace it. I am considering the following:
1. Just replacing the TRD sway (if I can find someone who sell just the rear)
2. Replacing the broken TRD sway with the Daizen rear sway bar (if I can buy just the rear)
3. Replacing both the front and rear TRD bars with Daizen Bars
4. Installing 2 new TRD sway bars
What do you recommend?

As Henry mentioned, even if you can buy just one bar from a different manufacturer, this is poor practice. Sway bars are engineered to work in concert front and rear and need to be properly balanced to work together. Mixing brands or mixing stock with aftermarket is a recipe for unpredictable and undesireable outcomes. Call Tod at TM Engineering. If you have suspension questions, he has the answers. My vote is for the Daizen's. I ride on them and think they are the right balance of excellent handling and preserved ride quality.
It sounds like Daizens are the way to go. It sounds like they have a softer w/o sacrificing performance...that is definately a plus.
