Advice needed..Thump from rear end
My 2000 Gs 300 has a bad thump going over rough patches or uneven surfaces.otherwise it is smooth. I have replaced all rear suspension parts xcept the springs. The rear does not bottom.at all. It sounds like the exhaust hitting thebody but is not. Have had all loose spares and tools removed from the boot and tried.. I have had somebody sit in the boot and identify the source of the noise. It seems the lower metal of teh spare tire well flexes over bumps. Seems ridiculous!!! Frustrated any suadvice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.Dipil
