Default Water on Lower Suspension Arm

Anyone else notice that water from the air conditioner drips and runs right into the bushing for the Lower Suspension Arm? Seems like a bad thing. I've got a clunk on the passenger side when I go over bumps so I'm just wondering if this bushing could be bad. I'm gonna try and check the lower ball joints today since this seems like a common problem.

Default Rusted Crossmember Brace

This dripping water seems to have caused the crossmember brace to rust through. Anyone else have this problem? The hose is still connected to the port with water dripping out but I can't see any clip it should be attached to. I can't believe they would engineer it to drip directly on the suspension member when the car is flat and level. I'm pretty sure this water is what caused the crossmember brace to rust through.
