Default Wheel Studs

Hi,
I i'm in need of some after market wheel studs because I'm tired of replacing the stock ones. I keep on breaking them. I searched ARP wheel studs, but none in our applications. Also I wouldn't mind having them a little longer then the stocks so I get a little more bite on the lugs nuts. Can anyone tell me where to purchase a set or give me some info?

I guess I break them from cross threading them sometimes.

I got a solution for your broken studs. If you look for a regular stud length, you can buy the studs at Kragen Auto parts, or Pepboys should haven them. There're 2 sizes at Kragen. One is for your Lexus exact length and the other has the same diameter but I don't know for which car. I use the longer ones after I compares their diameter. Each will cost about $2. However, you can get the longer studs from TRD (from a 1995 Supra) and they will order them from U.K. for you. It'll take some time but it's cheaper. It'll be around $60 per 20 studs. Their number is (866) 249-3607. However, you can buy from ARP for $9/piece from a Lexus IS300. Ask for Jay and his number is (805) 525-1497. I'm planning to used the Kragens for the front and the ARPs for the rear because they're longer than Kragens. I'm using 1/4" and 1/2" spacers. I hope these would help. Also , I've been using a torque wrench from www.Harborfreight.com and torqued all lug nuts to 80 ft/lbs even it's recommended at 75 lbs. You should tighten them in cross order to prevent breaking. I never had a problem in broken studs although I frequently drove my SC400 around 100 MPH or more and did a lot of fast lane changing.

What's the size on ur ARP studs? I bought some and mine is a lil too long for me to put on.. only way is to pull the hub and there's no way I'm doing that juss to install these studs. The stud is 2.6" long.

I don't remember, but if ARP only has 1 size for IS300, then yours should be the same as mine. You can chop them off to fit. I don't run spacer anymore, so I chopped them off.
