Default Wheel studs on wheel spacers broke off into Lugs nuts

So I escaped from a huge and major accident a few days ago...as I was driving I heard this really loud thud noises coming from my passenger front tires so I quickly pulled into the nearest parking lot to inspect the tires. Thinking that I may have a flat which was highly unlikely cause I just recently checked the air on them (no tpms). What I saw was really scary...four of my lug nuts were missing and the only lug that was intact was the wheel lock which was really loose. So it turns out that the wheel stud on my wheel spacer broke off into my lug nuts. What do you guys think I can do about this? Do I try to get a new set from Ichiba for free?

Wow that's crazy. I'm not sure they will exchange you for another set. I think you better without spacer and extended stud.

Who torqued your lugs last and was it done with a torque wrench or impact?

Did you run over a pothole? It should cover under warranty since the studs broke off.

They were probably over torqued.

Your lugs might have been put on too tight. Scary situation, glad you are ok.

as people has said, over torqued lugs, did a shop install the spacers or did you tighten them yourself?

knock out those lugs and press some new ones in place. Yes, ichiba spacers have weak lugs.. but that damage may be from over torque.

No pothole at all...I've had these on for a while, I cant remember when but I've had them on a few weeks before I posted pics of my car with the wheels on.
