Yes, but assuming you're talking about the same 'generation' GS300 as the GS400 you're moving it onto (not 98 - 04 GS400 springs on a 1996 GS300)

yes, alright thanks guys. Also i heard that the springs can bust sturt tower bar? you guys heard of this problem?

Do you mean an aftermarket strut bar? If so... no, that wont happen. Never heard of anything like that...
