Default Another brake job

Just spent 4 hours today for another brake job on my GS. New EBC pads, new rotors, new paint job and stickers on claipers. I have done this brake job about every 15k miles. I'm professional on GS brakes now.

Yes, I used power sander to strip down to metal before painting. It's from iRotors.com. $200 shipped so I don't even bother to re-surface the old rotors, just get another new set:

are you serious you could easily turn rotors maybe twice before getting rid of them, unless you really warp those rotors.

EDIT: by the way could i use paint stripper compound and just use a pressure washer, i dont think i could trust myself with sanding it down.

Just use some sand paper to rough the surface so the paint will stick. You will not get the shinning smooth finish like mine. I sanded down about 1/8" to get a perfect mirror surface to start with.

JacobT,
Looking good man. I feel so lame. I did my brakes weeks ago and I still don't have any pics!
D@mn not having a digital camera! I spent the camera money on mods!
