HI I will be installing my springs soon (tanabe DF10) which will give me quite an agressive drop. Its rated 2.0 drop in the front and 1.5 in the rear. I have read here that i will need to upgrade the struts and/or shocks...

are you guys talking about the same thing when you refer to struts/shocks? - sorry for the stupid question..

what is a strut? i know what a shock is .. and what brands are availabe?
