When I had the Flex on softest, I actually did not like the ride too much. It was actually more floaty than the L-Tuned. I usually ran about 5 clicks from softest. I actually never ran it at the stiffest setting but even at about 10 clicks (from softest), the ride was pretty firm (but the handling was great).

At their softest setting the Flex's give a nice ride. Great for rough roads though road imperfections were still noticeable due to the Flex's strut mount. At their firmest, they are certainly stiffer than L-Tuned, but softer than Bilstein PSS. Not sure about the the Bilstein regular shocks as I have not had those-YET!

I doubt that Flex at firmest are softer than Bilstein PSS, having driven both, but it's certainly been a while since I drove DaveGS4's car.

I believe I read about spring rates posted by Manary (where did he go?) and the PSS was rated stiffer than Flex and my butt-o-meter agrees with those numbers. They are supposed to be in between Flex and HA's, but I have not been in a car equipped with HA's so I can only say they are stiffer than the Flex's at the hardest setting.
