teins flex
When I had the Flex on softest, I actually did not like the ride too much. It was actually more floaty than the L-Tuned. I usually ran about 5 clicks from softest. I actually never ran it at the stiffest setting but even at about 10 clicks (from softest), the ride was pretty firm (but the handling was great).

to those who have the flex can you adjust the dampers to give you a ltuned feel when you want to and firm like bilstein sports when you want to

At their firmest, they are certainly stiffer than L-Tuned, but softer than Bilstein PSS.

I believe I read about spring rates posted by Manary (where did he go?) and the PSS was rated stiffer than Flex and my butt-o-meter agrees with those numbers. They are supposed to be in between Flex and HA's, but I have not been in a car equipped with HA's so I can only say they are stiffer than the Flex's at the hardest setting.
