I just got mine last week. I have not installed them yet as I can't drive (my left hand is broken) and take the car to my mechanic. I will open the box and take pics and will post them here later this week.

Yessir they come pre-assembled. Just one piece, only thing is that the bottom piece(tubing) rotates. Now I don't know if that is suppose to be like that but I will find out soon when I install them. (fingers crossed). Maybe Henry can help us out on that?

hameed , what happened bro , i hope it was not the little misses broke it when she saw the credit card bill LOL LOL
let me know when you open yours so i can know for sure did you get the edc controller as well i am debating getting it at the same time , dont know if i want to route wires all over the place i dont drive for long periods of time to appreciate it pretty much for me play around with adjusting ***** until i find the balance between some comfort and near extreme handling

the bottom one will turn, all you need to do is to turn the lower lock plate all the way down to lock it. make sure you do that coz' otherwise it will affect the travel distance i believe and mess up the spring rate and dampening rate

Thanks for the reply Henry, let me ask you this as well. When locking that down, how do I know what the right distance would be for that? Do I measure that like the diagram is on page 8 I believe it is, I don't have the instructions in front of me. I put the coilovers side by side and one of them was showing more thread than the other. Thanks for your help Henry.

Anyway I passed the test and the cast will be off in another week! The price we pay to have fun!
