Default Diff Swap - Bushing Install

Hey! Cant find any definite video or instructions for poly bushings for the diff/subframe. i got the energy suspension kit for the is300 (interchangeable) but cant find anything on which way they mount. i havent taken the diff or gotten anything off yet but wanted to make sure prior to starting it. ive attached photos if said bushings but ive seen videos for the is300 and the 2is but both both show different directions. do i install with larger flange facing front of the car?! or through the back like the is300? and the metal insert for the bolts, my mechanical intuition says the counter sunk holes should be the same side as the bolts to sit into, but they fit into the bushing both

ways which makes me not understand which way the bushing sits!

also, anyone have experience taking the diff bushings out of the diff, tried air hammer rn and got it to budge maybe 2mm. do i need to remove the core of the bushing to relieve pressure first?
