Default Sounds in passenger seat

Hey I've been hearing this sound when I brake/drive but mostly when I brake I thought it'd be my brakes but the mechanic checked a while ago said they were good and its not like its squeaking it's also not my ball joints I checked it too they look fine got it checked by a mechanic. When they drove it around they didn't hear the sound so they said it was good. What can it be? The video is me pressing but also releasing the brakes and driving slowly. What can it be???

It sounds like a 2stroke motorcycle is getting kickstarted in your trunk. It seems like it shouldn’t be that hard to determine the culprit, try finding a different shop to diagnose the problem. Even if you don’t have them do the repair, see if you get a diagnosis and then a quote to repair the problem. Maybe I am not hearing the correct noise very well? But it sounds to me like it should be an obvious problem and a competent technician should be able to figure it out real quick
