Actually two questions, first question is im replacing the plate because its broken. Hile trying to remove the nuts and bolts, one of the bolts doesn’t come out, it just keeps spinning. Does anyone know were i can reach what it threads into on the other side? I dont want to tear my car apart unless I absolutely have to. Ive circled the bolt in question on the picture, thanks
btw the picture is of the passenger side but my issue is on the driver side. Im using this picture cause its clearer than mine.
