On Dec 27th 2010 I saw a Jade SC400 just like mine parked at a Blockbuster Video...so I parked right next to it.
Not too sure is anyone keeps track of the SC owners but I do what I can when I spot one.

well me and kobetime were trying to set something up but no one really checks in here much, hes got an SC and i have a GS but if we still get a few people that are up for this im sure we all can set something up, just keep posting in here so we know.

 

Well hell!!! I don't care if it's just us 3. We need to get something hapenning...some of these others cats need to come out and have some fun once and a while.

 

Well yesterday i decided to rip the back seats out so I could get to the speakers in the back...I'll just say it. It wasn't hard but it wasn't easy either...lol. Just a slight complaint from a NOOB.
Anyway...if anyone cold answere these next question or two I would appreciate it.

What is the strength of the factory amps in the SC? Also has anyone replaced that 10in sub in the SC? If so what did you use...did you find a free air sub?

 

yeah it seems like its just the 3 of us in here now, but anyways im still down to meet up and have a beer or wings or something even meet at a carwash.

Well 3JS if the SC is anything like the GS sound system i have replaced my 10in with a kicker ill get the specific one thats made to use as a free-air. also im not using the stock amp as its not that powerful, i have the factory nakamichi setup, im using a 150 kicker amp that powers that sub real good.

my head unit sucks at the moment since my naka one broke due to my 3yr old. but if you ever want to check it out let me know, it bumps pretty good but not trunk rattling or anything, also the kicker sub can handle up to 300 watts.

Just got a IS350 F-Sport in Tungsten Pearl and want to get the windows tinted. Any recommendations for a shop that won't muck it up?

jmhtx sounds like a nice ride, i sure would like to check it out if thats cool, hopefully we all can meet up soon. one shop i advise you not to go to is pacific audio i took my wifes car there like 3 times cause of bubbles and folds plus they were expensive.

I finally took mine to this little shop on the eastside off of lee rd in this business complex, he didnt charge that much and used 3M tint with warranty plus the job he did was real good, if you want to look at mine first let me know.

Also my name is David and if you see a silver GS400 with a black roof and a few other goodies thats me just honk or whatever.

Alright fellas i got that info for you finally, sorry it took me long, had a rough week last week. got sick and had problems with my dsl.

Anyways, 3JS the sub i have is a kicker comp C10 i found the manual so if or when you want to meet up ill have it so you can look at it as well.

And jmhtx i got that number and business name for the tint, again if you want to check mine out first so you can see how he did let me know. its called Rio Grande tinting at 3465 lee blvd suite #258----------633-6496.
Again he was a real cool guy and did a good job if you want i can even go with you im sure hell remember my car, hopefully lol. lmk
