Well, my wife doesn't care for the 3GS for some reason. I kept looking anyway hoping to find a white GS430 with black interior (hard to find) and go the classy cruiser route, but in the back of my mind I also wanted to go faster.
My wife kept asking me to consider an IS350, so I drove a couple and ended up liking it. It kinda feels a little like a tin can after driving the SC, but it's a really nice car nonetheless. So I was searching for a GS and an IS at the same time and this one popped up. I couldn't pass on it. I've had it a couple weeks now and am really enjoying it. It's a pretty quick car and it handles really nice. Going to keep going with the sport route for it and see how it goes.
BTW - I actually sold the SC400 to the guy I originally bought it from. The car is in great hands and could actually resurface one of these days at a meet or something with even more love than before.

Cool, man I'm sure you will be happy with the IS nonetheless. I'm excited to see what you do with it. Either way, hopefully you can make it out one of these days to a meet. And good news on the SC too. That is cool that the previous owner bought it again. I'll be sure to keep an eye out for it out there.

New project!
Whats up fellas. I'm not new to the forum but I did pick up a new project. I use to own a gs300 that was 2jzgte single swapped. Got rid of it recently and picked up a new project. It needs help interior and exterior wise. I already ordered a lot of the interior parts. I threw the old rims that were on my gs300 on which are 18 inch veilside deep dish rims. It's a 1992 sc300 with a 2jzgte swap. The twins just gave up on me a couple days ago so Single setup will be on its way in. It also has a fast break big break kit. Here is what it currently looks like with some of the new interior already in. Sorry if the pics come out crappy. I will keep you guys posted on what steps I take in my project. Single setup should be done in two weeks with new dual exhaust. Then after I will work on my suspension and then las will be paint job.

Wow Gio! I apologize but I lost your number a while ago. But congrats on the SC. What happened to the GS? Did you sell it?? Anyway, feel free to PM your number again.
And you have to come out to another Wed Night Meet. We had one in Glendale a few weeks ago and we should be back soon so its a perfect opportunity for you to come hang out again.

Hey guys,
My name is Tony, I currently have a 03 IS3 Sport Design 5 speed with some mods, a 00 GS3 Platnium with some mods, and a 94 Supra TT. The IS3 is being sold and should be picked up tuesday and the GS3 will be taking its place as my DD. So far the GS3 has 20' TSW, all red tails, 5k HID, yellow fogs, led license plate bulbs, modified chrome front grill, a small sound system with a single 12 sub, and custom magnaflow exhaust. I am not really liking the exhaust, the previous owner had it made/installed a tad bit to loud for me because its my DD and it sounds like there might be a leak so that will get addressed soon. Other than that I have a few parts on order such as some Tein for a drop, oem parts for refershing the interior and of course the door lock motor LOL... Yep my passenger front door is wack. Did I mention I just got the GS3 yesterday lol.
