If you speed, you will eventually get caught. Usually one ticket is enough for me to calm down for awhile. Sucks bro, good luck.

Better slow that down. I used to speed intentionally and got a ton of tickets. By the time I calmed down, the warrants were active and I was a broke teenager. I got caught going 40 in a 30 and went straight to jail....two years later I finally paid off everything and was one week from getting m license back. I got pulled over for 70 in a 60 and got a ticket which started the fees over again!! Had to drive, at that point I had a son and a wife I needed to take care of. Anyhow, it's a few years later now and get cursed out everyday on the highway....yeah, I'm that guy driving the speed limit.

Question

Tell us about #1, 2 and 3. Which city, what streets/freeways, what jurisdiction and how fast in what speed zone?

If you've already got a radar detector then perhaps it's possible that you simply need to pay more attention to what's around / coming up / etc. Possibly once you got the radar detector you stopped looking for the po-po your self.

Just cruise, unless you see a big open stretch of road with no hiding spots for the cops

okay here goes

1st ticket - Driving down Bush/190 going west ran through the toll and was stuck behind traffic it was conjested and there was a spill lane(that extra lane on the left that you have to merge back in again) that i decided to goto i was following the speed limit and the lane was closing in so i sped up little i didn't notice that there was a cop sitting in that cluster **** and he decideds to pull me over b/c i tried to speed up to get out of harms way 70 in a 60.

2nd ticket - Murphy rd. and 544 there is a streched of road that goes from 45 to 35 before a light and follows through the light. I am coming off of Murphy Rd. turning left onto 544. i thought the speed limit was 45 didnt see any posted sign but what was ahead of me was a 45 speed limit sign...honestly i think its a speed trap got pulled over by a cop sitting beside the albertsons 47 in a 35.

3rd ticket - Wife car no radar and like Faymester said prolly was use to the radar catching the police myself. i wasnt paying attention on my way to work listen to the radio didnt notice how fast i was going 45 in a 30

so that the long winded story i guess i need to keep on the speed limit signs and stop depending on my radar.

I got my Passport the day after I got my IS350. Wow what a life saver. I drive close to 200 miles a day on I35 right now, and it has saved my a$$ numerous times. Knock on wood.
