Perfect. I am going to try to map out some loops around the area that we could check out. Maybe a meal involved in the drive? I will keep anyone that is interested posted on what I find. I am thinking noon to early afternoon would be a good time?

Sounds like a plan to me. Will give me an excuse to spend some more time cleaning the IS.

got it back about 2 weeks ago. the work is good, but could have fixed the door more. It wasn't part of the estimate, and they had to fix it in order for the door to shut, but they still could have done a better job. the back looks so much better than it did, now I just need a fender and a front bumper to finish her her off and the body will be straight.

on a side note, I'm looking into getting some LCA bushings for the front. I'm going through front tires like crazy and have already had it aligned 3 times in the last 2 years. Anybody else having a problem with tire wear on the inside edge of the front tires?

I did on my front right tire about two years ago, but it just ended up being an issue with the tire and not the car. I believe that this is common and recently read something about this on isfanatics. I would do a search on both forums for threads related to the issue.

I did some research on my.is and found out that it's a common problem for the bushings to wear out. I thing figs is making some LCA's and there is a company up north that makes just the bushings for about 80 a set

That's not too bad. This thread has turned into a conversation between me and you. Kinda funny.

haha yeah it has, hardly anybody posts on here anymore I don't know why. This thread has become a lot more local than the one on my.is, I don't think anyone has posted on there in months.
