Anyone down with a Houston meet?
I'm looking at a date of somewhere around the end of March.
Maybe we can even meet at the Houston Raceway Park on June 8-10 on the World Import Challenge, but that is further on on the calendar.
What is a good place and time for everyone?

Sounds good. HRP with a bunch of Lexus cars....cool. Hmmm, lets see, maybe a 100hp shot is the ticket. 
Later this month could be good also. The only problem I have with weekends is I live in Sugar Land and my girlfriend lives in Baytown (for now) and the weekends are about the only time we get to spend together, and unfortunately she hates cars stuff

OK.
I'm just throwing out a date here to see what kind of replies I'm going to get.
I would like us to meet the Friday of March 30 at say Miami Subs (seems like the place to go in Houston).
This gives people plenty of time to be warned and have a good talk about each others cars before the June show.
Maybe sometime around 8 or 9 pm, probably have dinner together.
What do you guys think?

Seems like we're on for the 30th of March!
All we need now is some more people, where to meet (Hooters sounding really nice, Miami Subs getting a lot of bad rep lately), and time (say 8 or 9 pm to give people plenty of time to get out of work and kiss the honey and kids good night). Whatcha think?!

I would like to make it, but my work schedule/travel is up in the air...(started working for the Texaco/Shell/Saudi Aramco Alliance) I have to go to the port Arthur Refinery next week, then I have to fly to Martinez Refinery in Northern California sometime late next week then to Bakersfield...If I am in town...I'll be there. Where exactly is Miami Subs? is it in the Greenway Plaza area?

Miami subs is out past the beltway on westheimer right before you get to Wilcrest, its in a shopping center with the Target store.
We might meet up at hooters on westheimer and Gessner that night also.

heh im down..hopefully the car will be turbo by then... 
just let me know where and when... i'd love to meet my fellow lexus brethren...and finally put some faces to online nick names umm hooters is great... but my car is a little too low to make it up there... last time the $900 front bumper almost ripped off... but drastic measures must be taken for hooters anyway just let me know guys!

Where: Hooters off the SW Freeway and past Kirby
Time: 8 pm

VeilsideRSPsc go through the back way and you won't get scratched, its off of Kirby. Either that or the guys will just lift your car over the freakin' ramp (right guys!).
