Spring Vegas Meet?
Hey all,
I'm going to post another thread in the "Pacific" section since Nevada falls under that category on CL.
Anyway ... there was a lot of talk at EOS about doing a spring show. Being an AZ guy I wanted one here in Phoenix, but the response was luke warm. When I mentioned Vegas everyone jumped up and down with excitement. So I guess we're going to put something together for next spring.
This thread was started to generate ideas about possible locations and ideas for a meet in Vegas. Please add your $0.02 and let me know what you think. Would you be interested in having a multi-state meet? It would be great if we could find someone to organize information from their own state and pass the word around. Would you attend something like that if you knew about it way in advance?
There is a planning group that is putting everything together and we'll post more information as we get it.

vegas would totally rock the shizzat. do something like the supra dudes i think it's called supras invade las vegas. And they rent out the track at the las vegas speedway i think. something like that w/ a bunch of free stuff and bbq would be pretty kewl. and an admission fee to help pay for the bbq, track time and stuff like that.

megadeth - thanks for the heads up on Supras Invade Vegas. I asked the Vegas guys on my.is to fill me in on the Supra event. I'll check into this stuff in the next week and post more info as I get it.

Yo wuts up Zach I'll probably be seeing you and cliff later tonight...but I would totally be down to go up to vegas especially with all the flat out straight aways on the way up there....ha(speedfix) anyways it would be fun for all you "older gentlemen" however im still in the Pee Wee rankings so I couldn't even gamble and lose money with everybody else... But ya I know two guys that went to the supra invasion meet up there and said it was craaazy fun and especially that they had a place to go(the vegas speedway) one of the guys there apperently had the hook up to get the track for a day If we could set something like that and Tri-State it it would tons of fun....it's gotta be better than the EOS meet so that me and T3ts and others who missed out can feel acknowledged ha...ttyl

Im definitely interested in the possible Vegas meet. As I mention during EOS, Ive never been to Vegas, so the idea of a CL meet there, and a caravan from Nor Cal to Vegas sounds sick!!
