All fellow CL members, I was thinking of some kind of meet or gathering during the OU/TX football game weekend.

For those who don't know, it is the second weekend in October.

Got a location in mind? I live 1 hr NE of Dallas, so going anywhere in southern OK is not too far for me.

I was going to call around the west end of Dallas at some places of eating with parking lots. I have tickets to the game, but I will prob. sell them. The student tickets are always cheap but the R.O.R on selling them is usually about 400% so I will be ebaying my tickets, again, they usually have the game on a jumbo-tron-like screen somewhere at the West End so I was thinking of that...

Gimme your inputs guys and spread the word to all the other Texas members!! I know there's tons of you guys out there. I think that it would be sweet if we had about 15-20 Lexi's parked downtown Dallas.

West end would be a good place. The thing is that we would have to have some guaranteed parking somewhere. Otherwise, anyplace near there on game day we will be SOL for group parking.

 

Okay guys, I am leaning toward the Hooters location for the meet. I have told some people here in Tulsa and they sounded like they were into it. Now the hard part, If one of you Dallas locals could pm me or email me the number to the resturant I could get the ball really rolling.....

I really would like for this thing to go off without a hitch,,,

Sorry for the delay guys, I have been ultra busy with work, school, trying to move and working on a couple different cars.

Seriously sorry though, but here is an update,...... sort of,,,,

I need to get the number to the West End Hooters so I can finalize the date, time, etc,,. the Hooters here said that usually the resturant dosen't mind things like this happening only as long as we are responsible and don't cause problems. That shouldn't be a problem with us..,,

But for this week I will call them and PM you guys or email.
