Any good car shows in FLA? I know about the HIN in Miami in december and I always like Slamfest in Tampa, although that is more of a mini truck and SUV show than a car show, but most cars there are 1st class, not rice. Interested in any decent show in fl. I live in sarasota, about an hour south of tampa. Thanks

I know of a few people from here that would like to go to shows. I think it is much more fun with a big group.

 

I'm most likely going to all those shows, for sure I'm going to Speed Life July 19, I'm already registered.

Hey guys. I live in West Palm Beach. Where are you all?. I'm fairly new to CL. Not many GSs around here so I would like to see a whole bunch of GSs driving in caravan and/or park at a popular place. That would turn heads !

 

I live in Miami so I don't know where you guys want to meet because I don't know where you guys live by but here's where you can register for the show and then later we can all talk about meeting up or whatever.

if u guys r coming from miami, who evers local can hook up here and wait 4 u guys coming up on the turnpike. and go all together...

 

I usually take I-95 to 528 (Bee-Line Expressway) which leaves you in international drive which is like 2 blocks from the convention center off of bee line and the toll is $2.50 for three tolls I think, Turpike is like $15 or more for tolls and it leave you a little further then internationl drive. It takes me like 3 1/2 hours taking my way vs the turpike going around 70 to 80. So post up any messages if you guys still want to ride to orlando together july 19 or any other shows.

 

Im in for all the shows. I dont live in Miami though, but would definately like to meet up before the shows. I would like to come to the show on July 19th. Im definately in on all the other shows. if you guys set your plans let me know I would like to join in.

 

Another big show that is real good is Slamfest in Tampa. 1400 cars in attendance last year. Its a 2 day show on Oct 3rd and 4th. I will definately be there and hopefully some of my friends. Let me know if anyone else wants to go to this show.

 

For SpeedLife July 19, I'm leaving July 18 around Noon because registration for the show begins around 4 and ends at 10 but I like to be there early to pick a nice spot and have time for setup and to wash the car, so if you guys are just going to see the show and not register your car I don't know what you guys want to do but whoever want to driveup together July 18 let me know and I'll meet up with you somewhere in West Palm or something, I'm staying at a friend's house in Orlando, but if you guys want to stay in a hotel, let me know I'll room up with anyone that needs a roomate, there is a Days Inn next to the convention center about half a block down which we can walk from the hotel to the show on sat. the addresse to the hotel is 9990 International Drive the number is 407-352-8700, I think the cheapest rates are like $49.99 but you can get 2 bed and have like 4 people split the cost. So just leave a message whoever wants to go July 18 with me. Also post up if your going July 19 just to see the show that way we can meet up at the show and hang out or something.
