Has any one in the southeastern Louisiana area had their cracked dashboard replaced on a GX470 under warranty?
I received my second "warranty ehancement notification letter" from Lexus about 3 months ago. I called my local dealership. They stated that they don't know when they can get the parts. They said it will likely be longer than 6 months before they can get back to me to give me an idea when it can be replaced. I know I need to be patient, just wondering what others had experienced.
