I need to replace the axle boot clamps due to leaking. Is that something that is covered by the CPO warranty?

Firstly no to the Warranty of CPO coverage, If it just clamps, and if your a grease monkey, you can do this yourself, max 15mts. If it something more than that as you have mentioned leak, then dealer is the best option, and you should have the warranty covered under Lexus Powertrain ie 70,000 miles or 72 months whichever occurs first, you are good to go. hope this helps
