I just got back from tuner bash in daytona and saw somethinginteresting. Over by the mobile dyno was the only sc300 i saw there, i was black with tan interior. Other than the 18" grey fiske mesh style wheels with 285s in the back, it looked completely stock, 5 speed. Upon closer inspection inside the window the mods listed read 2jz-gte single turbo swap, only thing listed. I stood around for 30 minutes looking for the owner so maybe i could gain some insight on the swap, or atleast see under the hood, no one ever came. The shifter was set really low and had the supra 6 speed shift ****, it had a new style spoiler and front bumper with a recessed big fmic sitting behind it. The dyno sheet in the window read 500+ hp on the dyno from abacustuning.com and the rear plate frame said powerhouse tuning if i remember right. But the car didn't look anything like the car on powerhouseracing.com, it was actually in need of some cosmetic assistance. Still i was very impressed so see an SC w/ a 2JZ swap at tuner bash. Any idea who it was?

I love those wheels, I got them two weeks before heading off to FL. The car itself was put together by me, tuned by Alamo Autosports of Arlington TX. The shifter is short because of the 93-96 shifter. I try to keep it stock looking, the wing is a kamaniri wing (weighs aroung 35-40lbs). The exhuast is two apexi n1 3" from the downpipe split into a 3"Y pipe. Anything else you wanna know? It's a fun car to drive around and a sleeper.

Yeah, you bet. Tell me about that single turbo set up. The dyno sheet said a little over 500hp, so i'd have to guess maybe a t63, t66, maybe a t04e? I more just wanted to check out under the hood to see how that 2jz-gte fits. Do you have a website? Any tips for someone whos planning on doing the swap? Thanx!
