Default Stolen Wheels, Looking for a Georgia Member

I recently sold my Wedsport SA-55m (18x10+18) black/ blue wheels to a man named Chris Lee (thats what he said his name was). He paid some cash and the rest paypal( yes I know probably not the best idea) but the payment went through. However it turns out he scammed two people and had someone else pay for the wheels he bought from me and never shipped the wheels to the other person. Therefore they made a claim with paypal and got their money back. He has given me every excuse under the moon of why he cant bring me the money or the wheels back. I have every email correspondence. I am offering a cash reward to anyone that can provide information that leads to the return of my wheels or contact information that I can pass on to the police so he can be brought to justice.

His name is Chris Lee, He is of Asian Descent. He drives a newer bodystyle IS250 or 350, all black, lowered. He had a dark grey/graphite wheel on his car when he picked up mine. They were 19's.

I have a number but I dont know if its right 404-456-8941.

Email that the correspondence has been through is chrislee19788@gmail.com

I hope someone can help and knows him.

Thanks for your time.

Any one can contact me at 770-five3zero-9onethree8 or by PM on here.

Kyle, are you saying that you got paid for the sale and now you want to reverse the deal? Your post sounds like you got paid in full.

Chris(??) contacted me via my craigslist post that he was local and would buy the wheels, but that he wanted to pay through paypal since he wanted to use a credit card. I said fine. He came and picked them up after the transaction cleared. Then the transaction was reversed through paypal since chris gave another guy that he was selling wheels to my paypal.

Chris was apparently selling wheels for the same price as mine. He had a buyer, so he gave that other guy in California my paypal addres without me knowing and had that guy pay for the wheels. When the guy in california didnt get his wheels he filed through paypal to get his money back. Paypal sided with him since i had no tracking number to show that I shipped wheels. I told paypal what was happening and they said tough luck, I am on my own and the original sender of the money was getting a refund.

So i lost the money and Chris Lee(??) had my wheels. He kept in email correspondence, saying he would fix the deal gone bad, that is over 20 emails later and 2 months

After more searching I found another name that seems to use that number and likes to buy wheels on other forums

There are a few ways you can go about finding him but it's going to cost you. If that is his email (and not some fake one made at a library or something) you can hire a private investigator to track him down. You can track the IP addresses to the location the emails were sent from and it would go from there.

My neighbor is a PI and I used him once in a hit and run. I can also give you his # if you need to ask any questions. I hope this works out for you.

So the 404 number called me after all my friends started blowing things up. Tan Dang. According to him Chris lee is the son of a friend of his family. That he used his number and name illegally. He said he will be taking care of the debt on friday. Otherwise all of his info, emails, etc goes to the police, Will keep everyone posted.

thanks for all the help and well wishes
