Default Any Louisiana shops can fix this?

So I shaved my rear fenders a while ago and everything was fine. I got the car shipped 1800 miles on a truck and when I got it back, I noticed a buckle. The fender has started splitting. I tried using 3m panel bond, but it split again after a couple days. The panel bond may have not worked for 2 reasons:

1. I mixed it by hand instead of through the nozzle because I didn't have the special gun. Maybe I didn't mix it well enough.

2. I couldn't get it between the panels because the gap was too tight. I only put it on the outside.

Any suggestions on how to fix this? I just moved back to Louisiana and the shops suck around me. Went to 3 shops I knew of, 1st was out of business, 2nd didn't want to do it, 3rd told me it would be 2-3k to fix ONE FENDER.

Holy crap man! Where are you living by?
As for the splintering, it looks like you have it rolled as close together as it could possibly go. With that being said the hard truth is the metal is failing under the fatigue. A red neck way to fix it, I would say, would be to put some jb weld in to the crack if possible. It would reverse the damage but maybe it'll slow it down. Other than that I've really got no solution for that :/

I'm in the Thibodaux/Houma area. I shaved it too much. It can be seam welded, but I haven't found any local shops willing to do it.
