Default Please, please help! Fender splitting?

So I shaved my rear fenders a while ago and everything was fine. I got the car shipped 1800 miles on a truck and when I got it back, I noticed a buckle. The fender has started splitting. I tried using 3m panel bond, but it split again after a couple days. The panel bond may have not worked for 2 reasons:

1. I mixed it by hand instead of through the nozzle because I didn't have the special gun. Maybe I didn't mix it well enough.

2. I couldn't get it between the panels because the gap was too tight. I only put it on the outside.

Any suggestions on how to fix this? I just moved back to Louisiana and the shops suck around me. Went to 3 shops I knew of, 1st was out of business, 2nd didn't want to do it, 3rd told me it would be 2-3k to fix ONE FENDER.

Bro all you needing is to have the inner fender wall re welded/ spot or fully seam welded back in place. The welding will cause the paint on the rear quarter panel to get trashed so that will have to be re painted and blended after but by no means should anyone be charging over 1k. Iv had alot of fender work done to my gs which had the same problem and it was taken care of by a local shop for around 800 bucks. One of my buddies with another gs actually just cut the whole inner fender out and said that the car was just fine and it caused no structural support loss. So there is another option you may consider if your funds are tight, however doing things right the first time is always cheaper than going back and changing previously done work. GL! PS you could always roll to dallas and have one these custom shops in the area take care of ya, the drive is nothing.

Well that's around what I thought it wood cost. Under 1k to get it welded. Shops around here are lazy and only want to do insurance work. I was frustrated dealing with them so I want to see if there is anything I can do myself. Really misscalifornia when it comes to getting this type of stuff done.
