So I was thinking, for those of us in the Atlanta area... Why wait until the events to represent? There's got to be a place or time when those of us LexHeads (I like that name) can meet.

Fuddruckers on Friday? North Point or Town Center.

I'm not down with any spot that cops like to "observe" and deal with any harrassment for meeting up. If folks are there showin' out with burnouts and tin can engine revs..I'm out. How about a place like Hooters or another common spot just for us Lexus peeps...like Hooters by Cumberland..plenty of parking behind where there used to be a big store but its closed..basically adjacent to chik fil a and chipolte...meet there in the first Thurs of every month or something for happy hour..

Great point. I threw out Barrett because some of us still remember a time when you could roll over there without the slappers in blue coming up to give you crap. Does anyone else have another thought for that same timeframe where just us Lex folks could meet? I liked Fuddruckers on Barrett or NorthPoint since we could also get an awesome meal at the same time.

 

most of the cops that roll through are pretty cool. but you will always have some retards/ricers that like to do somethin stupid from time to time.....but most of the time its a pretty chill meeting spot.

 

I enjoy going to the barrett parkway meets. The only reason why cops run away the hhgregg/ambush parking lot is because there are dudes who blast their music and set off the window alarm sensors at hhgregg. But after that we go to the diks parking lot and everything is usually cool there. I live in kennesaw and I really like going to the weekly weekend meets. So if me and swayzee get our cars back from the body shop tomorrow we will be at barrett parkway

Mike, it would be cool to chill with you the day before the meet. I didn't get a chance in October to thank you for all your help in setting that up- my girl still talks about all the fun she had that day (and it wasn't anything like NOPI, thank the car gods!)
