Default Where to get TPMS programmed - East Coast

I need to get a second set of TPMS programmed and the closest Lexus dealer wanted $220 to program them. I called local Toyota dealers and they were the same price if not a little bit lower.

For those that live on the East Coast (preferably Mid-Atlantic) where is a good alternative to get TPMS programmed?

I searched, but all I could find were West Coast places and American Tire (but I don't have an American Tire close to me)

They shouldn't charge more than the 1 hour minimum labor..

Honestly it takes 5 minutes.. All they have to do is plug in the Techsteam Laptop, make a few selections and key strike in the 4 new id codes to the 2nd set of sensors (selected area).

That's really it...

You'll have better luck if you post this question in the NELOC sub-forum. Are you NoVA?

They charged me two hours, which I thought was a little overboard.

Yeah I'm in NoVa. NELOC doesn't really move too fast.

I just called a local Goodyear, and apparently they have the tools to do it, and will only charge ~$50 (1/2 hour of labor).

It seemed a little odd to me that they were unaware that the car can have a second set programmed.

Lightbulb

^^ It would look something like this with the Toyota / Lexus Techstream lap top....

Not sure how they will do this with out getting into the TPMS programming mode.

They said they have the programmer to do it on a Lexus, so I'm just gonna drop it off this weekend and if they can't do it, then I'll be in the same situation as I was before.

A lot of tire shops are buying tools to do this. Discount Tire in Atlanta does this for all brands. Bartec sells a tool to do this. It surely does NOT require the full Techstream laptop to accomplish this task.
