Default Ricey lexus at Cumberland Mall?

This evening, (monday) at 8:45~ there was a ricey cream colored GS with a front plate that said "Fast and Furious" on it. LOL

Had a club lexus sticker on the back windows, anyone know whose it is? It was debadged but i assumed GS300.

Fast and furious liscense plate = rice.
stickers = rice too, but I was gonna let that one slide. The rims looked cool, and it was pretty shiny, but i seriously recommend getting rid of that REDICULOUS front liscense plate. It gives the impression that the driver is some 17 year old who doesnt know jack about performance. Might as well have a sign that says ""my other car is this civic ::

Just curious, why debadge a 400. If i had the cash for an expensive car like that I personally would leave the 400 badge on for bragging rights and such. ?

1. I dont stress spelling. I figured i mispelled a couple words but didnt care enough to look it up. I'm a busy guy.

2. Like i said, i let the stickers slide because I assumed you had all the parts, but i personally dont see the need to advertise everything you have done to your car.

3. Maybe 'bragging rights' was the wrong term to use. All im saying is that If your going to show off all the performance parts? that your car has I dont understand why you wouldnt let people know the trim level. Thats like having a turbo supra, and removing the turbo badge and putting an AEM INTAKE sticker on the window. Dont see the point of it. Clearly your not humble about your ride.......? I'm not really baggin on you for it man, i was just curious why anyone would spend that much money to get the upgraded trim level, and not let anyone know, but make sure to tell them about the minor stuff you've added to the car. I dont know, maybe when i buy a really expensive car I'll understand.

4. I was a little shocked by your lack of chrome, but it was a pleasant shock. I would expect someone that had a 'fast and furious' liscense plate to be all about the 'bling bling y0!' and like i said, i thought the choice in rims was pretty tasteful. So did my friend btw.

The liscense plate is just too much man. I dont see how any serious automobile enthusiast could ever want to be associated with that embarassment of a movie. Once again, not baggin on your ride, just trying to understand why youd want your car to have anything to do with that misrepresenting ricefest

OK......first of all, i have NEVER seen 1SICKs ride (I almost got a chance a lil while ago at the Nashville meet but he couldn't come). However, if u look all the way back at all of his posts, 1SICK is no "riceboy", etc. About the license plate: I don't have a license plate on the front of my car (b/c i don't need to and don't wanna put holes in my baby, however, my 4Runner does have a front plate) The fact that he has a F&F license plate means absolutly jack. If he thought that it gave him and extra 70 rwhp, THEN u could rag on him for it. Now about the stickers: I amplanning on getting a CL sticker and i have a K&N sticker on my SC. I don't see what is wrong or bad about putting stickers on ur car if u have the parts to back them up. Now i don't think that u should load ur windows full of stickers (even if u have the parts), but i don't see how a few stickers here or there should change anyones view (esp. if they r on a GS). 1SICK is one of the most valued members here a CL and i hope that by posting this message u have learned something: don't make fun of someone's car when u know that they will prolly see what u and when u don't know who they r) Next time, just say something along the lines of: "At the mall last night, I saw a cream colored GS XXX (it was debadged) that had a few stickers (including a CL sticker), and a F&F front tag. Does anyone know whose GS this is?...I have a few questions for him."

BTW: I in no way want to **** anyone off, etc., etc., (being a moderator), but this is just MHO on the topic.

Derek

PS: 1SICK......If u ever decide to make a pass through Nashville, send me a PM and we can hook up. I would love to see ur ride.

good post derek.

I dont really have a problem with the stickers, as long as you can back them up i guess. Theyre just not my style (i'm not very 'showy' about my performance, but i have good friends that are so to each his/her own.)

maybe my original post was a little off-color, if so then my apologies.

Spotch...Thank you for being mature and realizing that u may have offended some poeple in here. MY take on the F&F plate is not to have it but since I haven't seen it, I cannot back up my statement. Mabye 1SICK should post a pic of it so we can see it?!?!?! Actually, I really don't care what 1SICK does to his car.....If it looks good to him, then so be it and we should all respect him. I mean....on the 4Runner, i have one of those Calvin look-a-like characters pissing on the Ford logo......I get hell for it (by Ford owners), but who cares, ITS MY CAR (well actually my moms but....) I will prolly get myself in more trouble w/ 1SICK and mabye w/ others if i don't shutup so i am outta here. Lata.

Well 1sick is a great guy and very creative. He's done a lot of different things on his car (as of course he's entitled to do). Some of it works IMHO and some of it doesn't, but hey, he's trying things, and that's cool.

Besides he has great taste in rims
