Anyone have a recommendation for a good service representative at Hendrick Lexus in Charlotte? I'm moving to the area in about one month. Any other tips for working with Hendrick? I saw the post for the parts discount for Club Lexus members. Are they still providing this discount? Thanks.

I'd recommend Rob Moore as a great service advisor (tell him I sent you). Yes they still honor the discount and you'll need to provide your CL screen name to get it.

Welcome to Charlotte! We have events fairly often and hope to see you at some of them. What part of town are you moving to? I'm up near the University area.

I'll contact Rob when the car's due for its next service and I'll tell him you sent me. I assume there's no discount on service with or w/o parts for Club members. Let me know if that's not the case.

We're moving to Mooresville. Once we get settled in a bit I'll definitely be attending some of the events. Is there something you can refer me to that would give me a brief understanding of the kind of events that are held?

Correct, no discount on labor but Rob is very fair. He'll get you the CL discount for parts when your car goes in for service.

DaveGS4, that's great news that Hendrick will discount the parts on a service call. I would not have expected that!

Thanks for the links to past club events. It looks like you guys are pretty active with interesting meetings and events. Prior to the ownership of my 3GS, I was a Mercedes customer and I also belonged to the MBCA and was a local board member for a short time. I know how hard it is to arrange events and keep up the interest!

Do you or anyone else have a recommendation for a salesperson at Hendrick? That GS350 looks pretty cool!

I have had one in the past, but he's no longer there. I'd just call Rob and ask him for who he would recommend.
