Default Miami installation shop

Can anyone recommend a good shop in Miami that has experience doing modifications on GS400's ie SRT intake with ECU and Torque converters?

Default Lexus repair shop Miami, FL

Can anyone recommend a good repair shop (non-dealership) specializing in Lexus to do maintenance and mods to my GS400? I tried posting this on the "South East Region" forum, but nobody replied.

mjanocko,

You only posted your request a few hours ago and only four people have had a chance to look at it. Please give it a chance for Miami people to wake up, go to work, come home, check CL - then look at it and reply. We have a number of folks in the Miami area I'm sure will be able to give you good suggestions.

Tire Rack Wheels and Tires forum isn't where this type of request belongs

Same problem... regional requests like these belong (and will be moved) here to this forum. You'll get some replies, please just be patient. If you haven't already searched to see if the question has been asked before, you might want to try that feature .

Thanks, I actually spoke to him this morning. I am going to see if I can do the intake and ecu myself (had two years electronics in the Air Force). I am located in Miami, do you recommend a custom wheel place here too? ... or am I better off ordering on line?

as far as custom wheel shops their is good roads on commericial blvd.. i go to them to get balancing done for they have the almighty hunter 9700 road force machine and they actually know how to use it well..for better deals and better selections try d2 autosport right here, derrick is the man and will treat you like a king or brandon from the tirerack (been with them for over 10 years) but goodroads to get mount and bal

I just installed the SRT intake and the ECU that I recieved last night. At first the ECU wires are a little bit overwhelming trying to spearate, but it was no problem. It certainly seems quicker in the mid-range and a power band at 5500 rpm. Has any one has an issue with the filter cone rubbing on a piece of plastic that is sticking out from the front wall inside the intake box? The instructions say to make sure the clamp is on the inside of the box and this makes it rub against the inside of the wall.

I'm in the Miami area as well, I've been looking for a shop that does custom audio. I'm real careful with my sc4 and don't like to just leave it with anyone. I want a custom job to be done any recommondations? and if you don't mind posting pics of your set up I'd appreciate it. THANX
