Well guys I'm off to ATL. I will not be driving the Lex though, she's tucked away until my return (some mods have to be completed). I will be hopefully meeting up with some of the guys at Hennesey Lexus on Friday but doing the family thing tomorrow.

Seems Vishal bought his IS earlier in the morning. Pete, nice to meet you, especially trying to help me out so much with my situation. Nice to meet your son and cousin too.

We walked around the lot and chatted for about 2-2 1/2 hours. DAMN it was chilly! We showed em Nuum, Pauls and Bing's rides. Then Paul took em on one of his classic driving sessions.


Afterwards, Bit, VVTi and I ate at Bugaboo Creek and it was great. My first time there (good choice Nuum). Food was good and conversation and people were better.


Finally, Bit and I did some "spirited" running on the way home, I could not begin to keep up in the SC4 to his modded GS but it was fun (haven't done that since the accident).

Guys I had a BLAST!! Mike, I had a smile all the way home thinking about Bit's car. Just to let everyone on CL know.....Paul is truly modest, and a great guy. We chatted wile he was taking me for a ride in his car. Now let me tell you....HIS CAR HANDLES LIKE ITS ON RAILS!! The acceleration puts you back and he does not just stomp on the pedal...oh and the brakes...those will put you through the windshield

Oh Bit the exhaust will be ordered in the morning..

This was a good experience for me as I will be using most of the same parts as he has and the performance was outstanding.

Guys I do have to come back down soon and do this again.

Its great to have guys like you on the board.... Thanks again for welcoming me with open arms.....
