2 nights ago CL went down for most of the morning starting at 2:30 am, since the outing of the server there has not been email responses for PM's or subscribed threads. Members should check their box and any subscribed threads for updates until the server is back to full form.

Just to clarify,

View new posts, mark forum read, subscribed threads, and email notifications are all curently being affected by server issues. The problem is being rooted out and rectified.

FYI, i dont even use the subscribed option, it's a better experience overall for me to surf the forum and while doing so i come across anything i have an interest in.
